The Taverna collection is inspired by Oinometras – the colourful aluminium jugs found in traditional Greek tavernas. Livia Lauber reinterprets these familiar everyday objects in warm, contemporary borosilicate glass with a soft iridescent finish. Handmade and highly resistant to heat and thermal shock, the carafe is ideal for water, wine, tea, or lemon-infused drinks. Its luminous green tone also makes it a beautiful vase or decorative piece, bringing a subtle Mediterranean atmosphere to the table or windowsill.

Lauber’s design retains the functional clarity of the originals while adding a softer, more inviting materiality – a versatile vessel open to interpretation and use.
