Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins:
- in the case of a single delivery: on the day the goods are received in full
- in the case of separately delivered goods within a single order: on the day the last item is received
How to Withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must inform us of their decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Effects of Withdrawal
If a contract is withdrawn, all payments received, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be withheld until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Alternatively, a prepaid return label (e.g. DHL) can be provided upon request. In this case, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
