These general terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods from "Süper Store", owner Elisabeth Schotte.

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By entering your personal data and clicking the "Order" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. You will receive a computer-generated order email. The purchase contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by "Süper Store" (confirmation email). If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 2 weeks, you are no longer bound to your order, unless it has already been delivered. Your orders will be saved with us. Should you lose your documents for your orders, please contact us by email / fax / phone (see legal notice). We will be happy to send you a copy of the details of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders from obvious resellers, especially in the case of price promotions. If a product from “Süper Store” is not available, “Süper Store” reserves the right to deliver goods of equivalent quality and price instead of the goods ordered. If, contrary to expectations, despite timely disposition, a product is not available for reasons for which we are not responsible, "Süper Store" is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. This does not apply to so-called ordered goods that are not in stock and must be ordered for the customer. The customer has to sign a corresponding order form. By signing the order form, the customer undertakes to accept and pay for the items he has ordered in accordance with the provisions of these general terms and conditions. This sales contract is legally binding. Orders are only triggered by the Super Store when the customer has made a down payment of at least 50% of the purchase price or a full payment. By signing the order, the buyer accepts the validity of these general terms and conditions.

You can return the received goods without giving a reason within 2 weeks by sending the goods back. The period begins with receipt of the goods and this instruction at the earliest. The timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, the return is at your own risk and expense. The return must be made to the return address provided by us. Excluded from the exchange are cut textiles and bedding, earrings, articles with reduced prices, and articles from order orders with a goods value of more than 150 euros.

In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. advantages of use) surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection, as it would have been possible for you in a shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods like an owner and by refraining from anything that affects their value. Note to 3. and 4. The two preceding paragraphs are formulations of the legislature. We dutifully print them and use them as dutifully.

Prices

The prices are in euros (EUR) including statutory value added tax (VAT). The prices valid on the day of the order (order acceptance) apply to invoicing.

We deliver as quickly as possible by DPD or DHL - usually within a few days. We do not ship to pack stations. Packaging and postage are usually 4.90 euros, but shipping costs can be higher for larger orders or larger products. The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed. Our offer is subject to change and is only valid within the Federal Republic of Germany. Because our products are not mass-produced items, there may be slight deviations from the catalog images and information. To process your order, we save your address and the order-related data. We are of course committed to comprehensive protection of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. In addition, we assure you that your address data will not be passed on to third parties. The delivery contracts concluded with us are subject to German law in all cases, including in the case of contact abroad, i.e. orders from and / or delivery abroad.
