The French designer Laurence Brabant creates fine glassware in ccoperations with glass artistand flame-worker Alain Villechange. Like an illusionist, she creates poetic glass objects that are cleverly inspired by translucency and the difference between visible and invisible and is highly inventive in her work. 'A la pointe' is a fine, minimalist candle holder that uses one of the properties of borosilicate glass: it is fireproof. To fix the candle, heat the tip with a lighter and then place the candle on it.
