The 'XYZ' necklace combines traditional craftsmanship with a unique approach to glass as a material. Its minimalist design is inspired by both historical jewelry and modern sculpture, and features elements of transparency, reflection, and the play of light and skin. Each element of the necklace is individually hand-sculpted, then artfully assembled and secured with a clasp of rhodium-plated or gold-plated 925 silver.
Christian Metzner, who studied architecture and product design, founded his own label in 2006. Always in search of perfect proportions and precision craftsmanship, his work oscillates between technical-looking laboratory aesthetics, progressive jewelry design and classic elegance.
