The 'Helios Coin Bracelet' is a fine gold chain with a precise replica of a small ancient coin. The coin is a hemidrachm from the island of Rhodes, circa 250-229 B.C. The obverse of the coin adorns Helios, while the reverse shows a hibiscus flower. In ancient Greek mythology, it was Helios' duty to steer the sun chariot across the sky, which was pulled by four horses. Eos drove in front of him, Selene followed him in the evening.
