Observing the gentle movement of a Flensted Mobile calms the mind and encourages thinking and creativity. It is best to hang it up where it is only very slightly moved by the air, because a slow, calm movement is the essence of the mobile. Flendsted Mobiles have been manufactured by residents of the island of Funen in Denmark for over 60 years. Started by Grethe and Christian Flensted in 1953, Aase and Ole Flensted are now the second generation to design mobiles in their workshop in Brenderup.
'Futura' is nothing less than the first mobile Ole Flensted designed, back in 1970.
