This mobile with the 5 hot air balloons in beautiful, bright colors is one of Christian Flensted's most popular designs. The modern balloon mobile is inspired by the “Montgolfières” of the 18th century. A small brochure with the famous balloons - from the first Montgolfière from 1783 to the “Double Eagle II” from 1978 - is included in the box. Flendsted Mobiles have been manufactured by residents of the island of Funen in Denmark for over 60 years. Started by Grethe and Christian Flensted in 1953, Aase and Ole Flensted are now the second generation to design mobiles in their workshop in Brenderup.
