Founded by Hiroshi Tsubota in 1952, the Japanese manufacturer Tsubota Pearl produces elegant accessories in Tokyo, Japan. The manufactory became known as early as the 1950s for cigarette and business card cases as well as lighters, which were particularly elegant and modern. To this day, all pieces are manufactured in Asakusa, Tokyo - distributed across various workshops that are specialized in the individual work steps. The 'Neck Pen' is a small pen that can be carried around the neck so that it is always at hand when you need it.
