Free shipping within Germany from €100, otherwise for €5,50

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Within Germany, you will usually receive your order within 3-5 business days. We ship CO₂-neutral with DHL GoGreen or DPD Predict (shipment information by email).

In Berlin Kreuzberg we also have two pickup options. Please see our pickup options here.

For 27,90 € we deliver by DPD Express. This option is available for almost all products and will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Guaranteed delivery on the next business day (Mon-Fri) for paid orders placed before 12:00. We do not process express shipments on weekends.

Europe
EU countries: Shipping costs €9,90 Euro - €13,99
You will usually receive your order within 3 - 6 days, depending on the destination.

Non-EU: Shipping costs €19,90 Euro - €26,50
You will receive your order usually within 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

For deliveries to non-European countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, for which the recipient/customer is solely responsible. We are happy to contribute to a smooth handling.
Tracking allows you to track your packages and see the estimated time of delivery. You will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. Please check the spam or unknown folders of your mail server, there could be important notifications about your shipment.

Worldwide
We ship worldwide from 26,50 Euro. Duties, taxes and fees may apply upon receipt of the shipment. If you do not find your shipping quote, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to provide you with your exact shipping rate.
